Country French
Is there a country where french and spanish are predominantly spoken?
Im writing a story and it deals with a french speaking person and a spanish speaking person, and they need to communicate in some sort of way. If there was a country that has either english and spanish as the main languages that would be nice too. Or maybe a country that has all three languages?
Preferably somewhere out of the United States.
Andorra, it’s a small country between France and Spain. It’s a sort of principality ruled by both countries.

Andorra is a famous place where practicing winter sports, so there are lots of tourists who speak English fluently as well.
Europe is a country and everyone speaks french there
